Dr. Sarfaraz Karim enrolled in Shri Venkateshwara University in March 2013 for his Doctorate Degree and earned his Ph.D. in the field of Management in June 2016. He entered the Department of Management at the Hamdard University (Delhi), in July 2003, receiving a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in July 2005. He is having more than 10 years of experience in academic and corporate field. Sarfaraz has worked with Wollega University (Ethiopia) where he served the university as a lecturer for four and half year. He also served as a research and training coordinator at the university level. He has also worked with GEMA (Global Entrepreneurship and Management Academic) as a faculty and Karvy Stock Broking Ltd. as a relationship manager. Dr. Sarfaraz is an author of two management book and also an author/coauthor of six research article which was published in the reputed journal. His area of teaching and research are Marketing Management, International Business, Project Management and Research Methodology. Dr. ADIL RASOOL (Ph.D in Management Science, from India.) currently working as Asst. Professor in Faculty of Economics, Bakhtar University, Kabul, Afghanistan and Editorial Board Member: IEJSE (International Educational Journal of Science and Engineering). He has more than eight years of experience in teaching as well as in conducting research activities. His research and teaching skills include Research Methodology, Marketing Management, E-commerce, Strategic management and leadership. Moreover, currently he is also Head of Research committee, Faculty of Economics, Bakhtar University and has published more than fifteen research papers in different International and national reputed journals throughout the world. Further, he has attended more than ten UGC sponsored workshops, seminars and Symposium in different department and universities. He has participated and presented different research article in different national and international conferences throughout India. As far as statistical areas of expertise is concerned, Dr. Adil Rasool posses’ ability and capability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data through SPSS software using different statistical methods and techniques such as Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Exploratory Factory Analysis, ANOVA, T-Test, Instrument Validation and discriminant analysis. Further, he has proficiency to validate exploratory factor analysis through Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Goodness of Model Fit using AMOS. He can also identify mediated and moderated relationships among variables using Structural Equation Models.

Hamidullah Shirzai was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and raised in abroad. After his graduation from Abdullah-bin-Zaid High School in 2006, he opened an English language centre and ran the institution until he left to London (UK) in the year 2008 where he completed his Bachelors in Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University and joined a privately owned firm as finance Officer in the country. He worked in finance, managing projects, and assisting in the overall strategic financial planning of the company. In 2013, Hamidullah Shirzai enrolled at the University of Gloucestershire. He obtained his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from University of Gloucestershire in 2014 and joined Kaplan Financial as an administrative officer. Among his responsibilities were the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, updating and maintaining office policies and procedures and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Hamidullah Shirzai returned to Afghanistan in 2015 and joined a well-known private organisation as a finance officer. He worked in areas such as payroll, budgeting, annual spending and constructing a comprehensive monthly forecasting model to reduce cycle time. Hamidullah Shirzai has an extensive experience in the fields of financial management, administration, HR and General Management working in different national and international agencies. He learned and gained extensive experience in Islamic Philosophy & Theology. Nesar Yosufzai has been serving the banking sector of Afghanistan since April 2008. He holds Bachelor in Economics, MBA in Finance and is an academic GOLD MEDALIST. He learned and gained extensive experience in banking sector of Afghanistan. His areas of expertise include Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Financing Terrorism (AML/CFT), Financial Crime Investigation, Risk Management, Credit Information Bureau, and Asset Recovery. Yosufzai joined the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) community in May 2016 and achieved his certification as “Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist” (CAMS) in July 2017 and is the first CAMS6 holder from Afghanistan. He is also an “AML/CFT Qualified Assessor” learning the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) 4th Round Mutual Evaluation Methodology. He joined the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS) community in Nov 2017 and achieved his credential as “Certified Financial Crime Specialist” (CFCS) in Feb 2018 going through a rigorous examination providing an objective measure of an individual’s broad-based knowledge on diverse financial crime topics. His achievements include; (i) leading the project and efforts to establish the first electronic and modern Credit Information Bureau - Public Credit Registry in Afghanistan, (ii) introduction of the first Credit Report, (iii) establishment of the online Securing Charges Registry on Movable Properties, (iv) coordinating the efforts with relevant AML/CFT stakeholders to get off Afghanistan from the Compliance Document of FATF “Grey List” in June 2017, and (v) he is currently leading the first National ML/TF Risk Assessment (NRA) in Afghanistan. He has attended several training workshops, plenaries, and international conferences. He has not only obtained qualified pieces of training facilitated by well-known international agencies in more than 20 countries, but also delivered specialized presentations at international conferences and well demonstrated his country. He has also been recognized by different local and international agencies and achieved numerous recognition and appreciation letters. He has been selected as “AML Professional of the Month – April 2018” by ACAMS-USA. Abdul Waheed Stanikzai is an MBA (Human Resources Management). He is an enthusiastic young Afghan professional, born and raised as a refugee in Peshawar/Pakistan. After doing his Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA, 2008 – 2012) from IQRA University, he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA-HRM, 2013 – 2015) from Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar. He has completed his final research project on "Prevalence of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Its Impact on Job Satisfaction and Perceived Job Performance - Evidence from Afghanistan", in partial fulfillment of his MBA requirement. The research was presented 7th South Asian International Conference (SAICON 2015) and published in its proceedings. Besides this he also has extensive experience of working with various national and international organizations and projects, such as Chak-e-Wardak Hospital Project, C.P.H.A., HealthNet TPO, and Afghan Women Judges Association (AWJA) of Supreme Court of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (on a project of UNWomen) in and outside Afghanistan since 2006 in various positions. He is currently working as Program Manager with Basic Education and Employable Skill Training (BEST) and serving as Lecturer Management Sciences at Bakhtar University, Kabul, Afghanistan.
