Job Description

  • Bakhtar University is searching for a motivated and experienced Postgraduate Coordinator to guarantee that our business processes follow all relevant legal and internal guidelines.
  • The ideal candidate will be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To administrate and perform the section of reviewing graduate’s documents and confirming their graduations;
  • Arranging weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work plans I accordance with the work plan of Students Affairs Officer to achieve the anticipated goals;
  • Advancing administrative affairs with obtaining guidance from the relevant department head; 
  • Preparation and process of obtaining Diplomas and Transcripts in National and English languages for graduates;
  • Properly arrange and maintain all the relevant documents for the graduates, in order to distinct the faculties;
  • Evaluation through the steps of students job search forms and provide the information to the relevant department;
  • Registration and implementation of the subjects of students completed dissertations, in order to apply it to the graduate book;
  • Maintain and arranging graduate books and communication with graduates alumni;
  • Submission of books from graduates of the faculties;
  • Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor.

Other Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Post Graduate Coordinator;
  • Experience in risk management;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Integrity and professional ethics;
  • Teamwork skills.

Job Requirements

  • Masters’ degree in Education, Public Administration or Business Administration or any other relevant field, with three years of experience in the relevant field required; 
  • Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
  • Application of High Ethical Standards: Personal integrity and a sense of ethics to remain independent
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills;
  • Proactive and goal-orientated;
