Job Description

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective communications strategy based on the targeted goals;
  • Write, Edit and distribute contents, including publications, press release, website content, annual report, speeches and other marketing materials that communicates the university’s activities, product and/or services;
  • Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews and act as the spokesperson of the university;
  • Establish and maintain effective media database and relationship with journalists;
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the university and coordinate publicity events as required;
  • Management of arises conflicts and report to senior management;
  • Arranging quarterly, weekly, monthly and annual work plans of the departments in order to achieve the set goals;
  • Management and supervision of submission of books and tables of graduates of higher education according to the set criteria;
  • Review the accuracy and legality of documents according to the academic records;
  • Supervision and control over the issuance of Diplomas, transcripts, and education documents for graduates in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations;
  • Management and supervision of the proper and safe preservation of documents and academic records of graduates of the university;
  • Creating and developing system of intensive database for registering academic records and issuing educational documents for graduates;
  • Managing and supervising the work performance of the affected employees in order to improve the level of effectiveness ad benefit of the work;
  • Arranging events ceremonies, workshops, and other academic and non-academic programs to the Bakhtar University graduates;
  • Keeping record and proper tracking of Bakhtar University graduates;
  • Respond to Bakhtar University graduate queries on regular basis;   
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor and/or management.

Job Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration or Business Administration or any other relevant field;
  • Two years relevant experience with Master and four years relevant experience with Bachelor degree;
  • Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
  • Application of High Ethical Standards: Personal integrity and a sense of ethics to remain independent
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills;
  • Proactive and goal-orientated;
